Randy Sifuentes, Agent
A native of Edinburg, Texas, Randy received his license in real estate in 2020. Prior to being a full time real estate agent, Randy was a public school band director. Being a public servant to the community in meaningful and professional ways has been a practice since he first entered the industry in 2010. After receiving his license in real estate, Randy quickly became a top producer of his agency in Edinburg. By December of 2020, he moved to Lubbock, TX to join his father in law, David Fleming, in opening Rosewood Realty. With his expertise in the residential sector and David’s experience in the commercial field, the two were able to push the agency as a one stop shop for all real estate needs.

David A. Fleming, is the owner and principal broker of Fleming Investment Properties located at 4630 50th Street, Suite 618, Lubbock, TX 79414. Mr. Fleming has been active in commercial brokerage, leasing, and management since 1983.
Fleming Investment Properties has developed a niche in the organization of group owned income producing properties.
Mr. Fleming currently holds the designation of Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) from the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Fleming also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Mr. Fleming is an honors graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Fleming is a published author with articles appearing in Texas Realtor and Financial Freedom magazines.
David and his wife Dawn are parents of four grown children and have lived in Lubbock since 1980. They are both active in several church and civic organizations in the Lubbock area.
Fleming Investment Properties (FIP) manages and leases office, retail, warehouse, and residential properties in the Lubbock and West Texas area. FIP has seven full time employees. FIP is large enough to get the economy of scale not available to individual property owners, yet small enough to give the individual attention needed so that properties are not lost in the mix with other similar properties. Fleming Investment Properties is well versed in taking over “the dog on the block” and turning it into a “show dog”.
Current and past clients include numerous private investors, financial institutions including American State Bank, Security Pacific Credit Corp, Caprock Federal Savings, Fairfield Financial, American Bank of Commerce, FDIC, RTC, US Government, and US Bankruptcy Trustees.
Mr. Fleming’s niche in the local real estate market is group investing. Mr. Fleming has been organizing group investments since 1994. Fleming Investment Properties will find the project, raise the equity, arrange the debt, then manage the property for the group. Groups have quarterly meetings at local restaurants to go over the financials, pass out dividend checks, etc. Mr. Fleming is currently (2022) working on his 15th group investment. Five of these projects are still owned and managed. The others have since been sold.
